Generous Paid Time Off
New full-time employees start with 4 weeks of PTO per year, in addition to 7 observed holidays. As you progress with the company, your PTO increases, reaching up to 7 weeks after 10 years of service.
Observed Holidays
We honor and recognize many holidays throughout the year, including New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

2nd Annual Company Picnic
Our Annual Company Picnic is a great opportunity to recognize our compassionate team and their families. This year, we enjoyed various activities, including cornhole, a pie eating contest, limbo, dancing, hula hooping, tennis, volleyball and so much more! We had a wonderful time celebrating our company culture and being together.
